现在我们需要招聘一名Customer Service Trainee。 工作时间是: 5月到10月的周一到周五08:30到17:30 以下是招聘要求:
Main Responsibilities 主要工作职责
* Assist Customer Service staff to implement SAP by August 2007. * Handles all transaction and process within ERP system related to sales (as customer opening, customer maintenance, quotation, order confirmation, conversion to order, special pricing…) * Ensures that sales team and customers stick to company policies (payment terms, contract terms, delivery terms…) * Coordinates timing of payment and deliveries and assist sales team/customer in terms of logistic related information * Files and organize all sales related documentation such as finished order. * Receives payment or proof of payment from customers.
Requirements 要求
A .Education教育 College degree, major in economic or financial is prefer
B. Knowledge 知识
C. Skills技能 Fluent in English Familiar in using MS office
