2.精确描述观察到的异常现象
3.编写完整的BUG检查点
4.提交完整的测试报告

2.乐意接受重复性的工作
3.有很强的观察力和很好的耐心
4.了解软件测试的基本概念和一些测试方法
5.能够很快的接受新的技术和测试技巧
6.能独立工作并有较强的团队合作和沟通能力
7.具备一定的英语读写能力（能按技术要求清楚描述软件中的bug）
8.有相关的游戏测试经验优先考虑
Job Description:
1.Verify every aspects of the game in test phase. This means any functional bugs but also game logic, game balance, graphical aspects，Physx effect etc.
2.Describe defects precisely and explicitly.
3.Develop bug checklists and requirement.
4.Provide testing summary report after playing game.
Position requirements:
1.Passion for games, playing games professionally
2.Be willing to do a very repetitive task
3.A lot of patience, very attentive to details
4.Developed sense of observation, observing behavior carefully
5.Exactness, describe situation exactly
6.Understanding & carrying out testing requirement
7.Knowledge of imaging software such as Photoshop, SnagIt
8.Good written English, and create a result summary report after playing game
