Our Sales Development Program
The Sales Development Program (SDP) accelerates the learning curve of new sales professionals to secure sales and market share through high-impact immersion training, both classroom and field experiential. The SDP promotes consistent competencies around consultative, solution-based selling approaches.
Sales assignments are intentionally designed to provide diverse developmental experiences and strengthen core skills to prepare for a successful career within Ingersoll Rand.
