职位描述: Your Responsibilities:
Recruiting
-Follow IKEA Value-based recruitment strategy.
-Organize and implement in-store recruiting activities.
-In conjunction with IKEA's external recruitment contact, maintain the vitality and creativity of all external recruiting advertising.
-Ensure accuracy and timeliness of administrative recruiting and selection routines.
-Facilitate Line Managers in recruiting and selection skills and practices.
-Assume responsibility as process owner for other recruitment projects / assessment centre for IKEA Retail China.
-Assume other responsibility for other tasks and projects as they occur.
Information
-Provide necessary information to Store HR Manager, Line Managers and Service Office HR Department.
-Foresee recruitment needs to meet business needs.
-Provide information and facts to support Co-worker planning making.
-Making Recruitment plans and follow-up KPI analysis report.
Administration
-Candidates Resume Pool
-Assessment Centre operation and development
HR function development
-Proactively involved in the development of the HR function.
