职位描述: Your responsibilities:
Needs Assessment & Analysis
-To assess the developmental needs of each individual co-worker in partnership with line-managers using a systematic assessment process.
-To assess and determine the learning & development needs of the organisation based on individual co-worker assessment, line manager feedback, business plan priorities, KPI's, and other relevant sources of input.
Learning Tools Co-ordination, Facilitation, Maintenance & Development
-To maintain and co-ordinate in partnership with line-managers, the facilitation of all store-based learning programmes and tools.
-To ensure learning facilities and reference resources are safeguarded, monitored, and maintained.
-To ensure the communication of learning and development opportunities for all co-workers
Tracking, Administration & Follow-up
-To maintain a system to track learning programmes linked to development plans, succession plans, and training hours.
-To maintain a system that evaluates programme tools and learning outcomes against key performance indicators.
