Daewon developed its manufacturing capability further as the semiconductor industry trended toward fine pitch packaging,precision handling and thermally enhanced applications.In 1991 Daewon leveraged these strengths to become the first company outside Japan and the USA to develop and manufacture IC shipping trays. As time-to-market demands grew, Daewon responded through vertically integrating and now boasts industry leading design & tooling capability as well as global warehousing & technical support.Our ISO9002 quality and reliability are further ensured through centralizing all operations at Daewon facilities rather than utilizing subcontractors.
As of the Year 2000, Daewon has served 107 customers in 13 countries around the world.
