-Provides hands-on help to users who report computer related problems, using troubleshooting techniques, guidance, instruction, training and other actions as required -Oversees regularly scheduled testing and review of software and hardware to ensure potential problems are identified at earliest possible point and takes or recommends appropriate action to resolve problems, which may include inventory, software licenses and department special software requirement to be met -Drafts training material for end-users on best IS practice -Ensures the legality of software license use -Manages IS assets lifecycle effective & efficient according to AZ china policy& procedure -Collects data during Customer Satisfaction Survey, entry master data and other data into system to make sure data integrity -Maintains intranet framework under supervision Generates reporting according to pre-defined format or criteria -Polishes web content to attract browsers -Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Region

Requirements:
-Junior student, preferably majoring in computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience -Proven intern responsible experience in ensuring end-user satisfaction with technology systems is desirable. -Strong knowledge of MS, browsers, HTML, and .Net development -Good understanding of Windows server, network cabling, TCP/IP, DB, IS Security. -Good verbal and written capability in both English and Mandarin -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good team player (team-work spirit).
