Position Specification: Responsible for all production procedures in manufacturing .Establish an efficient workshop system to ensure finishing operation target on time. Coordinate with other sections or departments during manufacturing process.
Basic Accountabilities: 1.Set up individual operator monthly performance measurement & appraisal system 2.Issue manufacturing orders according to manufacturing schedule. 3.Arrange reasonably work for each station to meet manufacturing schedule. 4.Assist foreman to design work in workstation, such as forecasting effective workload, predict materials and labor workforce. 5.Set up a good operation process, (to run the one piece flow and the KIT system etc.) 6.According to the company policy, procedure and the goal plan to instruct all the operation activities. 7.Design and implement tool and procedure , improve the operation ability to reduce the cost. 8.Ensure cost reduction, it is important equate with shipping in time and production cycle time. 9.Coordinate with CLC to update the manufacturing schedule in time. 10.Provide trainings to staff to ensure staffs have enough guidelines and ability for their job. 11.Strictly comply with EH&S.
