Marketing/PR Co-Ordinator

Role

Reports directly to Marketing manager and dotted line report to Marketing Director.

•
To facilitate the ideas of the marketing department and ensure all the necessary administration work is completed.

•
Assist the Marketing manager on design and execution of events and promotions

•
conduct PR campaigns with follow–up on marketing initiatives

•
Work closely with the creative and technology departments to ensure products and materials to support events and promotions are delivered on time.

•
Various ad-hoc duties when and if required to assist with the success of marketing initiatives.

Experience:

•
Previous experience as an assistant to a marketing department

•
Proven ability to learn quickly and to be enthusiastic about creative marketing concepts

Requirements

•
University bachelor degree.
Study in a related discipline a plus

•
Familiarity with Shanghai, its resources and a network of relationships in marketing, events, lifestyle and internet industry desirable

•
A creative thinker, who takes initiative.

•
Ability to multitask and manage projects under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude

•
Familiar with basic Adobe Illustrator and website maintenance

•
Strong teamwork communication skills.

•
Exceptional organizational skills

•
Presentable and reliable

•
Willing to learn as well as being a fast learner

•
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin

•
Shanghainese language is a plus.

Approximate Salary Range:
RMB 2,000 –RMB3,000 per month
