Internship Position: Training Assistant Intern

Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update all training records in database
* Arrange all logistics of training events
* Monitor enrolments and attendance of training events
* Provide on-site logistical and administrative support for trainers and parti
cipants


Requirements:

* University student majoring in Human Resources or business related disciplin
es
* Fluent in both written and spoken English
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient in computer and MS office; Essential knowledge of database
* Detail oriented, quick learner and team player

Duration: at least 6 months and 3 days per week preferable

Location: Citigroup Tower, Shanghai
