Job Title: Finance Intern
Job Location: Shanghai, China


Job Description:

1 Ensure smooth operation of accounting function in SM
2 Assist Genpact accountant in the daily bookkeeping
3 Daily accounting reconciliation.
4 Be responsible for preparing and filing of VAT.
5 Review and reconcile corresponding General Ledger Accounts.
6 Communicate externally with tax authorities, statistical offices and service
providers.
7 Communicate internally within accounting team
8 R&D SM centre accounting assistance
9 Filing tax related documents properly.
10 Assist in Month end procedure.
11 Monthly report and cost analyses.
12 Any other assigned task needed.


Attributes and Skills Required:

1 Major in accounting, Finance or related major.
2 Related working experience is most preferred.
3 Good command of English, speaking and writing
4 Master of using Excel and Word; master of using Chinese accounting software;
knowledge in simply accounting software will be preferred
5 Proactive, energetic, well organized and professional; ability to be self-mo
tivated and work independently
6 Teamwork oriented
