Client Service Manager - Broadcast
Job Purpose:
Support and maintain strong and mutually productive relationships with existin
g and new clients.
Job Description:
Lead CS-broadcast team to achieve the team’s sales target
Responsible for TV & Radio Station client servicing
Provide excellent client service to by addressing client inquiries
Establish and nurture positive and productive work relationships
Negotiate agreements and manage projects from beginning to end
Develop new business prospects.
Requirement:
We are looking for a person with a bachelor degree in marketing and some worki
ng experience with sales and consultancy businesses.
Experience from media businesses will be highly appreciated.
Ability to work independently, be proactive,
find solutions and be able to work across departments and business areas.
Proven ability to work effectively with external clients and internal colleagu
es at all levels within the organization.
Good PC skill and fluent English both Written Oral
