Job Responsibilities: 
  Solution / Product development:
  - understand&analyze requirement
  - design
  - coding & unit test
  - technical writing
Job Requirements
  - Major in Computer science, BS or MS and above
  - Strong in Java/J2EE, Web Services, XML, Database 
  - Familiar with eclipse or eclipse plug-in development
  - Experience on WAS, Portal are plus
  - Excellent English speaking and writing ability
  - Innovative, good at problem solving
  - Adaptability in a global dev environment
  - At least 3 working days as an intern, starting from early May
