1..TCM Engineer
Requirements:
1.Competence of mobile network system HW testing, SW upgrading, Network integration and trouble shooting in GSM, WCDMA and TD-SCDMA
( not mobile handset testing )
2.Good competence in Radio network, i.e. ,
BTS and BSC testing of GSM; Node B and RNC testing of WCDMA/ TD-SCDMA;
3.Competence in Core network is preferred, i.e.,
MSC, HLR, GSN, MGW node integration testing;

Requirements
1. 2+ year working experience with telecom network management products; experience with Ericsson OSS product is a plus.
2. Good Knowledge of Solaris, be able to work as system administrator and write simple scripts in Shell and Perl.
3. Basic knowledge of CORBA. Experience with Borland Visibroker ORB Product will be a plus. Experience with Corba Test Tools such as CITS2000 or OpenFusion CORBA Explorer will be a plus.

5. Good knowledge of wireless network architecture (both access network and core network), familiar with 3GPP TS-32 series.

Responsibility
1. Clarify Ericsson NBI requirements to outsourcing partner based on operators\' specification and standards.
2. Prepare lab testing environment, configure different types of Node Elements.
3. Design testing scenarios and write testing documents according to testing strategy and process.
4. Define quality assurance criteria and review the delivery quality.
5. Install NBI release and perform integration test. File Trouble Report and support SW development unit to fix the problems.
6. Coordinate the communication between Ericsson development units and outsourcing partner for problem solving.
7. Perform customer acceptance test at customer site. Response to customers\' inquiry from technical perspective.
8. Perform more extensive testing such as stability, robustness and characteristics on commercial release based on the requirements.
9. Define and develop automation testing tools and scripts based on the needs.

5. 1Team leader and system design responsible: (Available ASAP)
• Min 3 years of experience with NMS implementation
• Strong JAVA understanding with main contribution in at least 2 larger project

Radio Performance Verification Engineer
Responsibility:
Design and establish verification scope, environment and methodologies.
Test and verify the radio performance of Radio Base Station products in different levels.
Complete test record/report and analyze verification results.
Provide appropriate explanation and solutions.
Requirement:
Master or B.S. degree with major in EE or CS
Good knowledge on radio test instrument

6.2MT Position:
Method&Tool engineer
Responsibility:
Be responsible for test environment setup for all projects within Radio base station integration & verification department, including test environment planning, investment analysis, testbed building up, test code programming and trouble-shooting if needed.
Requirements:
M.S. or B.S. degree with major in EE, CS, or Automatic;
RF test/design experience, good knowledge on radio test instrument;
Clear concept about 2G/3G wireless communication system;
Basic Unix operation;
Labview / VEE programming experience are highly preferred;

7. Telecom System Engineer-3
This position doesn\'t need so many experience in telecom field, but he/she should have very basic knowledge about telecom, and his/her programming skill (c++ or c#, especially c#) should be excellent.

Technical Skills:
1. BS in Computer Science required, MS preferred.
2. Excellent programming skills in C# or C++.
3. Good knowledge of .NET framework.
4. Experienced on Windows Programming.
5. Familiar with Microsoft SQL Server.
6. Excellent object Oriented Analysis and Design skills.
7. Knowledge of SIP, SDP, ISUP and VoIP is a plus.
8. Understanding of wireless data communications concepts and protocols.
9. Strong software skills and demonstrated software debugging skills.
10. Must be a team player and able to work in an extremely fast pace, high-pressure environment.
11. Good communication skills and social abilities.
12. Fluent in oral & written English.
