Utilizing the internet or telephone, help oversees Lenovo product users resolve technical difficulties, ensuring the satisfaction of the costumer
Requirements
计算机及其相关专业,大专及以上学历;普通话标准,英语流利;具有良好的语言沟通能力;能倒班。可以完成最新PC的组装和一般故障排除;了解电脑硬件知识,熟悉WINDOWS/DOS、BIOS的常规设置;正确运用各种工具软件;了解网络基础知识,掌握网络中常用术语及其作用,能够独立排除上网常见故障;能独立配置网络并掌握网络排错的基本步骤。
Computers or other related majors; associate degree or above, able to speak standard mandarin, fluent English and have strong communication skills; able to put together the newest PCs and fix on common problems; possess computer hardware knowledge, familiar with Windows/DOS, BIO and other general setup; able to use various kinds of software tools; have basic internet knowledge and know common internet jargons; able to independently fix internet problems and adjust the online setting.
