Administrative Interns
Administrative Interns are responsible for assisting with the operation of the company’s administrative functions This position is open only to Chinese nationals, and is ideal for fourth year university students
Responsibilities
Implementation and supervision of company policies and procedures
Assist managers in carrying out many of their day to day responsibilities
Coordinate the work of different departments within the company
Qualifications:
Must be available at least 4 days (Full time)a week, not including weekend.
Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Excellent organizational and admin skills
Effective at dealing with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and industries
Attention to detail
4 days is available a week & graduated in 2008 preferred.

-协助监督公司规章制度运营
-协助经理进行日常办公室工作
-联络维系公司给部门工作
要求：
-良好的英文书面及口头表达能力
-出色的组织行政技巧
-能够与不同文化背景的员工有效沟通
-注重细节
-每周至少四天工作日，2008年毕业者优先。
