Job Title:  Account Manager for Japanese OEM（×1）

Organization Unit: Continental Automotive Systems Management Co., Ltd.
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition, preparation and negotiation of new business contracts – development and extension of customer relation;
- Leading of negotiations concerning prices, terms and condition, reimbursement and further relevant affairs;
- Responsible for preparation and creation of commercial offers, contract review on the basis of organization and quality requirements;
- To obtain, to analyze and to communicate the strategies and targets of the customers;
- Responsible for product, turnover and volume planning;
- Leading of negotiations concerning prices, terms and condition, reimbursement and further relevant affairs;
- Leading and coordination of the worldwide sales team for the different CAS BU and regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree, major in commercial or engineering, Yr2007 graduate and can serve as intern immediately at least 4 days per week;
- Fluent Chinese and English, Japanese language is preferred;
- Good presentation skills;
- Team work, strong negotiation and organization skills.

Job Title: Intern of Product Engineer in Summer holiday (×2)

Organization Unit: Technical dept., ContiTech Fluid Shanghai Co., Ltd
Responsibilities:
- Carry out product research, development and product design change within authorized products range.
- In charge of the tasks according to the requirements of APQP and PPAP etc.
- Carry out research, development and change of process relative to product.
- In charge of the editing and managing of technical files.
- Be responsible for creation, change and conversion of new product drawings.
- Be responsible to get, file and convert external specifications during product development or change.
- Be responsible to release OTS samples of outsourced material or process.
- Be responsible to manufacture and validate OTS samples that will be submitted to customer. Be responsible for preparation of relevant documents. Be responsible for submission of OTS samples and documents.
- Be responsible for manufacturing other samples and relevant organization.
- Be responsible to design, manufacture, release and change tools during product development.
- In charge of establishment of process specification for serial production.
- In charge of training workers in product knowledge, process requirement and tool requirement.
- In charge of accurate measurement of process time.
- In charge of other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, will graduated in Yr2008 ( if both sides are satisfied, the student has the opportunity to be hired as contract employee);
- Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English.
- Be familiar with CAD software (e.g. UG, CATIA, AUTOCAD etc.)
- Team spirit, but able to work with little supervision.
