From 2001-2005, Ericsson will increase its R&D investment in China by USD 500 million; In 1997, Ericsson China Academy was established in Beijing, which is the first school run by a foreign enterprise with degrees recognized by the Academic Degree Office of the State Council.

职位描述：
Responsibilities:
·That the activities follow directives and regulations.
·That the activities follow the plan and are realized within approved time, cost and quality.
·Plans own work and report progress.
·Reporting identified limitations in test scope found during test.
·Reporting and follow-up on faults found. Faults should be reported in accordance with the MH directives and the TR guidelines.
·Installation and configuration of physical computer network, hardware, operating system, 3rd party products, tools and software test objects as well as verify that the system is working according to functional and non-functional requirements.
Requirements:
·Basic programming skills.
·In depth knowledge and experience of testing.
·Good knowledge of development model used.
·Good knowledge of the products to test, technically and how they are to be used.
