职位描述: Essential Functions:
-Supports the Area Manager in the execution of their function via tactical incorporation of the product strategy solutions within East China region market.
-Executes the AOP plan for respective product line. Works directly with Area Manager, Sales leadership, and other Rockwell businesses to identify opportunities to improve the performance of product line.
-Supports the Product Manager to manage marketing content, programs and initiatives to increase customer demand, awareness and interest in the benefits of Rockwell Software’s suite of control and information software products and Supports the Area Manager manages all commercial events, trade shows and seminars including RSTechED, Automation Fair, Learning Fair, CAOTM and other strategic trade shows.
-Supports the Area Manager to manage all programs and activities to develop Rockwell Software channels to market, such as distributors, software resellers and SI/OEM toolkit partners.
-Supports the Area Manager to manages all Voice to Customer and marketing communications by creating consistent messages that build awareness and interest in Rockwell Software products and solutions.
-Develops, implements and measures events promoting Rockwell Software, to maximize revenue growth in the Automation, Process & Information software market. Development of software demos for trade shows and pre-sales efforts.
-Creates, implements and measures all programs and activities to focus on developing Rockwell Software's channels to market. Key programs include pricing, sales competencies, training requirements and reseller agreements.
-Acts as the single-point-of-contact between Rockwell Software and the field sales organization, including coordination with other business units on large and/or strategic opportunities.
-Assists the Area Manager with corporate software standardization opportunities, strategic OEM/SI conversions for Automation, Process & Information software, and engaging Professional Services resources to support of these activities.
-Interfaces with MPS and GSS team to provide both pre- and post-sales application support
-Coordinates the activities of the Implementation Consultants and Training Services team to deliver support for newer & complex products and technology.
-Provides pre-sales "coaching / consulting" to strategic OEM/SI customers to drive adoption of RSI solutions resulting in incremental license revenue.
-Delivers specialized training for new/emerging products & technologies, and work with the Training Services team to ensure that RSI products are represented at HOTT, CAOTM, and other RA-sponsored events.
-Assists the sales channel manage the sales engagement at their strategic corporate and/or OEMs/Sis. Help deliver the overall value prop for our software suite, and help with the most effective sales & delivery model for the opportunity.
-Fulfills requests for architecture reviews, advanced pre-sales application support, and post-sales escalated Tech Support cases. Coordinates customer issues, provides feedback to the business units
Education and Experience Requirements:
-An Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or Engineering Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
-MCSE certification or equivalent experience with a commitment to ongoing software training and development.
-Hands on experience on MS NT Server real time systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment
-Detailed knowledge of HMI & PLC
-Hands on experience with MS 2000 Active Directory
-Knowledge and experience with Control Systems Networks
-Detailed understanding/knowledge of SCADA applications
-Database skills (Oracle / SQL Server 2K)
-IT change management experience
-Information software for manufacturing such as SPC, System Modeling, Production Planning and Scheduling, production tracking
-ERP knowledge
