职位描述：
    Our client is a leading company in automotive industry for passenger car manufacturer in China. It is fully supported by a network of sales, after-sales and parts centers. It builds and sells a comprehensive range of products and also produces engines and transmissions.

    To cope with the fast growth of the company and better leverage the resources from the market to ensure better competitiveness, entrusted by our client, Talent Spotter takes this assignment to search for qualified and motivated talents to join the winning team.


    Position: Warranty Specialist (主机厂索赔专员)
    Report to: Service Senior Manager
    Job Location: Shanghai


    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - 处理车辆的索赔校验，使用经营管理信息系统数据库，本地数据库校验，与财务部门密切配合及时给通过验证的售后维修站付款。跟踪一次通过率每月报表;
    - 每月报表，对top10索赔案例提交现场管理，对特约售后技术中心跟踪是否合理，控制，降低索赔成本;
    - 协调有关部门完成新站索赔合同签署;
    - 与审计团队配合，做好审计工作;
    - 监控召回完成情况，每月报表;
    - 针对售后维修站索赔专员的情况，提出培训建议，提升售后维修站索赔专员的业务水平;
    - 深刻理解并熟知索赔政策, 协助索赔政策的签署工作;
    - 与系统管理人员密切联系和沟通，解决索赔系统出现的故障，保证工作的正常进行;
    - 与区域管理人员密切联系和沟通，解决索赔审核与政策不符等问题。


    REQUIREMENTS:

    - 本科以上;
    - 汽车，计算机，财务, 具备良好的英文听说读写能力
    - 对汽车知识，计算机数据库知识和财务知识熟悉;
    - 数据库能力，会使用经营管理信息系统，熟悉财务知识.
