Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1.	Process service complaint from customers, and make sure they are handled an
d finished in reasonable time.
2.	Communicate with all internal and external customers including sales, distr
ibutors, dealers, and service center.
3.	Draft and administrate all service documents for the responsible line, incl
uding user manual, installation manual, service procedure, service form, etc.

4.	Parts list and stock list for the responsible line.
5.	Plan all service parts and stock reviewing and update.
6.	Plan service training.
Requirements:
1.	Bachelor degree with major in engineering.
2.	Full time temporary work or at least 3 days per week temporary work.
3.	Working experience in technical support, or after sales service or product 
maintenance is preferred.
4.	Good communication skill.
