POSITION: Helpdesk (IT) Support
- Respond to and resolve external customer enquiries pertaining to Entitlement
Services for Application password reset and e-Banking token replacement
- Assist in the new Account Opening process for the generation of User profile
and Password of the Welcome Pack
- Answer to general customer (both internal & external) enquiries and channel
to respective areas for resolution
职位要求:
Expert skills and several years of experience in:
Knowledge of IT Project Lifecycle
IT Industry Best Practice & Methods
Good understanding of Change & Process Management
Relevant customer services experience in *** FINANCE or BANKING **** industries.
Also requires excellent capabilities in the areas of:
Analysis of complex problems
Evaluation & Documentation
Communication & Presentation skills
Good customer services concept & support
Persons possessing experience of oursourcing in helpdesk for FINANCE or BANKING will be target candidates too!
