职位描述: Goals/Mission:
- To work as Level 1 support for EBP end users and assist EBP rollouts for Operating Companies.
Successful completion of EBP project
- After go-live of EBP system: Achieve user acceptance of the EBP system by high qualified end-user support.
Working Partners / Contacts:
- EBP project team, SLC Business Groups, Operating Companies
Tasks:
- Testing of the EBP in the Quality System.
- Verify Data Quality of the EBP in the Quality System and the Productive System.
- Design User Documentation for the different
EBP roles in Chinese language.
- Level 1 support for EBP questions / issues from end user and interact with Level 2.
- Support EBP rollouts for Operating Companies.
Education:
- Degree:University
- Major in Business Admin. / IT
- Job Language:EN
Knowledge/Languages:
- commercial knowledge
- IT tools and methods

- Communication skills (able to explain and stay patient in difficult situations)Customer driven attitude
Additional Information:
- Siemens experience in procurement field / and or IT and call center experience preferred.
