职位描述：
International company in Beijing Financial Street District has immediate need for an Assistant Facility Engineer who is a licensed Engineer holding a national certification in that discipline and has experience in the maintenance and inspection of a commercial class “A” facility. Will be a native Mandarin speaker with good English skills both oral and written too translation of engineering and bid proposal documents from Chinese to English. Duties to include but not limited to: supervising of multi-discipline engineering staff, interfacing with international business tenants and their engineering staffs, review for approval Construction drawing, including wall, ceiling, floor detail drawings, electrical, mechanical, fire and HVAC reviews and corrections, project estimating (multi-disciplines), project monitoring and inspection, development of solutions to resolve construction and schedule issues, supervising corrective action of employees and/or contractors. Must have documented proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office Professional. Additional certification in; other engineering disciplines estimating, project management, are considered a plus.
