职位描述：
International company in Beijing Financial Street District has immediate need for a Mechanical Engineer and holds a national certification in that discipline. Will be a native Mandarin speaker with good English skills both oral and written too translation of engineering documents from Chinese to English. Duties to include but not limited to: Construction drawing reviews, mechanical systems drawing reviews and corrections, project estimating (mechanical discipline), project monitoring and inspection, trouble shooting of split HVAC system, chiller, heat exchanger, boilers, air handlers, elevators, waste water, development of solutions to resolve mechanical issues, supervising corrective action of employees and/or contractors. Must have documented proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office Professional. Additional certification in; other engineering disciplines estimating, project management, and have mechanical training experience are considered a plus.
大专以上学历相关专业毕业；母语为中文（普通话），要求有一定的英语口语和笔译能力，能熟练将技术文件由中文翻译到英文。职责包括但不限于：施工图审查，审查和机械绘图系统更正、项目估算（机械学科）、工程监督和检查，暖通系统故障，冷冻机、热交换器、锅炉、空调、电梯、废水、提出机械问题的解决方案，监督纠正员工和/或承包商。精通AutoCAD、MSProject和MSOfficeProfessional，且须提供相关证明：在其它工程学科，项目管理等方面有认证者或有过相关培训经验者优先
