*Work in Nokia Business Infrastructure as Application Support (AS), supporting Nokia's engineering applications and tools. *Support Nokia R&D Engineering Environment, applications/tools, according to specific instruction and set procedures. *Take on-call duty in non-office hours to solve critical requests about mission critical information applications. *Provide functional application knowledge. *Monitor and solve assigned requests. If resolution is not possible, assign the request further to the proper support group *Contribute to delivering advanced training programs on applications, processes and tools to key users *Facilitate communication between Key Users and application creation *Participate in root cause elimination by providing Problem Management with detailed and complete request and solution descriptions *Communication of functionality changes & training materials to Key Users, Service Desk and On-Site Support *Assistance in coordinating upgrade services and back-office maintenance tasks *Coordination of local activities (training, processes, etc.) prompted by new releases
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or higher.
Good IT skills on Unix system admin (Linux, Solaris, HP-UX and etc), Lotus Notes, Software configuration / version control system knowledge,(i.e. ClearCase), Computer Networks and IT security.
Similar work experience (i.e. use or support R&D tools/applications) in international company is preferred .
Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarine).
Like working with R&D Engineering Environment applications/tools.
Excellent learning agility. Like learning new things. Smart.
Good customer service attitude and consciousness; Good team work and communication skills.
Detail orientation. Decision-making in some degree.
Have good ability to deal with complicated situation under pressure
Be willing and able to do overtime.
Based in Hangzhou. Be able to travel if required.
