* At least half year industry specific experience with an emphasis in printing or graphic arts, preferred in a graphic design environment;
* Has knowledge of plate making process;
* Good command of English in speaking, writing and listening;
* Good interpersonal skill, well organize, carefulness and self-motivation;
* Good verbal and written communication skills;
* Must be able to distinguish colors in all degrees;
* Good business etiquette;
* Willing to work under pressure;
* Ability to perform math functions;
* Computer operation is required.
