职位描述: Job Responsibilities
1st Level Support to Project Room requests/inquiries and recording them in the database.
The job is to receive and record requests and inquireies as well as administer userids related to network lines for 700 Project Rooms. Responsibility includes:
Receive requests related to additions, deletions and changes of network lines for Project Room
Raise task requests to the service provider.
Answer basic questions on the Project Room solution.
Receive requests related to AT&T Network Client UserIDs for Project Room Contractors.
Maintain Project Room records.
Maintain Project Room Contractors records.
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
Japanese language (reading and writing at a level required to understand user requests, as well as preparing reports and communicating user request nuances with the IGA team.
English language (very good in reading/writing; or very good speaking skills, if Japanese language skills are not available)
Lotus Notes operation Skill (end-user level)
Microsoft Office Tools Skill (Level 4)
Microsoft Windows PC Operation Skill (end-user level; no training/support required)
Basic reporting, communicating and consulting skills
Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates)
Bachelor degree in JP Language or computer related major
