职位描述：
    Responsibilities and Duties
    1.Inspect production castings prior to shipment from foundry
    2.Perform process quality audits for production castings
    3.Whitness first piece qualification of sample castings at foundry
    4.Oversee and approve the inspection processes of others
    5.Review purchase order quality requirements with foundry management and personnel
    6.Assist foundries in responding to nonconforming material reports
    7.Follow up on corrective action plans to verify compliance and effectiveness
    8.Prepare trip reports of visitations to the foundries
    9.Observe progress of work in process and assist in expediting parts if needed
    10.Perform initial supplier survey for potential new sources
    11.Prepare travel expense records for approval and reimbursement


    Preferred Qualifications
    1.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or quality assurance or manufacturing
    2.Experience in or exposure to the foundry industry
    3.Excellent English speaking and writing skills
    4.Familiarity with root cause analysis and other problem solving methods
    5.Ability to read and understand casting drawings(mechanical drawings)
    6.Ability to travel to source foundries
    7.Ability to travel to company headquarters in Tacoma Washington,USA
    8.Typical computer skills(WORD,EXCEL,OUTLOOK,ETC.)
    9.Self-motivated and able to perform with minimal direction
    10.Good communication skills for technical issues
    11.Ability to work alone and within a team environment
    12.Reliability and honesty are of utmost importance
