Responsibilities:
Functioned as eligible assistant on the consolidation project of Nokia & Siemens Networks(NSN)
Assisting the preparation of Payroll and employee contract amendment
Compiling the backup of Overtime and Annual Leave sheet
Distribute payslip and keep telephone contact with your counterparts and Team Assistant
Deal with ad-hoc and negotiation with Line Manager between employees
Routinely report to HR consultant and have the right to receive HR training by HR service center
Requirements:
Duration more than 3 month(from mid May to Aug.), 3-4 days a week
Graduate in Grade One or Undergraduate in Grade Three (Other grade students will not be considered)
Major not limited, HR mgmt, English or Mgmt-related preferred
Male preferred for the reason that piles of employee files needed to be compiled, classified and relocated
Easy-going, detail-oriented, fluent oral and written English
Salary 80 RMB per day (OT fees will be paid if urgent task occurred)
