鼎桥通信技术有限公司（简称TD Tech或鼎桥）是西门子通信集团与华为技术有限公司共同
组建的全外资企业，于2005年3月18日在北京挂牌成立。该企业专注于TD－SCDMA技术及相
关产品的研发、生产、销售和服务，并以中国市场为立足点，全力推动TD－SCDMA 技术的
商用成功。TD Tech公司的总投入超过1亿美金，西门子与华为分别持有51%和49%的股份。

西门子通信集团是世界前列的国际通信设备提供商，足迹遍布160个国家，在全球GSM和第
三代移动通信系统领域居领先地位。西门子TD-SCDMA的研发项目始于1998年，到目前为止
积累投资已超过2亿欧元。华为技术有限公司是迅速崛起的中国本地知名通信设备制造商，
在世界40多个国家设有销售机构，她亦是中国本土最大的GSM以及WCDMA/CDMA2000设备制造
商之一。这两家领先的通信设备制造商强强联合，在技术与产品研发、服务与集成、运营
管理、市场销售等方面形成优势互补，为TD-SCDMA领域注入了强劲的发展动力。
TD Tech目前拥有400余名员工。企业的高级管理层和中坚力量均由双方母公司抽调的资深
管理人员、开发人员和市场人员构成。自从两家母公司于2004年2月12日在北京正式签署合
作协议以来，经过一年的筹备，TD Tech已经建立了包括研发、生产、市场、销售、售前与
售后技术服务、培训以及企业管理职能等各项功能的一套完整的组织体系。
在产品开发方面TD Tech追求卓越的稳定性和可靠性，依托于双方母公司雄厚的开发基础，
TD Tech的产品研发进展迅速而稳健。基于LCR1.0版本的第一代商用NodeB、RNC、OMC产品
于2005年如期正式推出。

Company Overview
TD Tech Ltd. is the wholly foreign owned enterprise(WFOE) of Siemens Communica
tions Group and Huawei Technologies Ltd.. It is formally established on March
18, 2005 in Beijing. The WFOE is developing, manufacturing and marketing TD-SC
DMA technology, however initially, the focus of the sales is in China. Both pa
rent companies have together injected more than USD 100 million, with Siemens
holding 51 percent and Huawei 49 percent.
Siemens Communications Group is one of the top three international telecom equ
ipment venders with footprints in over 160 countries, and it takes leading pos
ition in GSM and 3G worldwide markets. Siemens started its development in TD-S
CDMA back in 1998 and has to date invested more than EUR 170 million in this t
echnology. Huawei Technologies Ltd. is one of the most successful local teleco
m equipment venders in China with footprints in over 40 countries. It is also
the major Chinese supplier for GSM/WCDMA/CDMA2000. Both companies bring to the
joint venture decades of experience in telecommunication technology, and thei
r combined strength and know-how will give TD-SCDMA a powerful push for market
success in China.
TD Tech has currently more than 400 employees, with the senior management and
main forces coming from both mother companies. TD Tech has set up a complete o
rganization including R&D, manufacturing, marketing, pre-sales, sales and afte
r-sales service, training, as well as the supporting functions
Based on the strong R&D background of the parent companies, TD Tech's R&D has
been making a rapid and stable progress. The commercial products which include
NodeB, RNC, and O&M systems based on LCR 1.0 are launched for commercial use
in 2005.
