2.To implement helpdesk's responsibilities, diagnose and eliminate failures concerning computer application system.
3.To be responsible for maintenance of local network.
4.To be responsible for maintenance of PABX and IT room operation.
5.To be responsible for purchasing IT expendable, offer technical help to purchasing personnel when buying IT related equipment or other articles.
