职位描述：
Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Elentro-mechanical engineering
Can read blue prints and electrical wiring diagrams
Strong knowledge of electrical theory and equations
Understands tolerance of parts and assemblies (stacked tolerances)
Knowledge of the dielectric properties of materials that are used in automotive electro-mechanical assemblies
Ability to use oscilloscopes and meters (volt, ohm, multi-meter etc.)
Experience with developing or reverse engineering automotive sensors, ignition systems (not spark plug wire sets) or under-the-hood/driver compartment switches.
Understanding of various manufacturing processes such as plastic injection molding, stamping (progressive dies), die casting and one-piece flow production.
Understands statistical Process Control (SPC), and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) or Initial Specification Inspection Report (ISIR).
Exposure to stereo lithography as part of the design FEMA process
Hands-on experience with electrical testing systems used to determine performance levels and product durability
Background in electrical switches that have internal electrical contacts and multiple switch positions (as opposed to just on and off) would be a benefit.
These switches would not have to be automotive.
Actual automotive repair experience would be a positive.
