CDMA Product and Process Engineer: - Ensure local EMS providers are following proper manufacturing and process methodology with respect to the manufacture of CDMA products. - Ensure engineering change impact assesments from EMS providers are accurate. - Responsible for driving the implementation of product, process and material corrective actions for the purpose of improved product quality. - Provide product/process expertise during local Kaisan events in support of Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. - Overall responsibility for CDMA outgoing quality levels from EMS providers within Greater China region. - Perform weekly on site audits at CDMA production facilities throughout China. - Ensure engineering changes are accurate, cost effective, manufacturable and that pahse in phase out material planning is done effectively in order to minimize overall cost. - Drive supply chain driven cost reduction initiatives by managing ""qualifications"" within EMS providers, provide clear and accurate results for review along with recommendation/risk assesments.
