Today, as a world-leading provider of telecommunication systems, Ericsson not
only keeps transferring a big amount of business to China, but also
concentrates on enhancing its R&D technologies locally. This recruitment is
intended to further enhance the development capacity in Ericsson R&D center
in Beijing. Vacancies are available for the following positions:



Mechanical Design Engineer
　 Responsibilities & Main Tasks:
· To suggest mechanical solutions for assigned projects
· To provide technical specification for outsourcing vendors.
· To cooperate with the R&D Center sourcing staff dealing external vendors in
technical respects · To work with external vendors to complete mechanical as
signments
· Establishment and development of design environment for mechanics within th
e R&D Center.

Qualifications
· Master degree or above with background in Mechanical Engineering;
· Very good knowledge of Wireless Communication systems;
· Research experience related to mechanical design;
· Good communication skills and social abilities;
· Fluent in oral & written English.





RBS System Design Engineer
　 Responsibilities & Main Tasks:
· Define requirements and functionality on Radio Base Station products in the
development projects
· Work as technical coordinator and technical leader within the development p
rojects
· Perform studies and investigations relating to the R&D activities

Qualifications:
· Master Degree or above with background in Electronic Engineering
· Excellent knowledge of Wireless Communication systems
· Knowledge of system design activities within wireless communication.
· Relevant project experience of technical work within wireless communication
systems.
· Good communication skills and social ability
· Fluent in English speaking and writing




Thermal design engineer
Responsibilities & Main Tasks:
(1) Make optimized analysis and design of cooling system for indoor and
outdoor Radio Base Station (RBS).
(2) Completely numerical simulate and design the cooling system.
(3) Build up and complete design technical documentation.
(4) Present updates and findings through Design process and discuss hot
issues under high pressure.

Qualifications

(1)Bachelor, master’s degrees or higher of first level universities majored
in thermal engineering or thermalphysics.
(2)Comprehensive knowledge of heat transfer technologies
(3)Initiative and positive personal personality
(4)Outstanding leadership and willing to be the team leader in the near future
(5)Fluent English speaking and writing
(6)Development potential
(7)Excellent communication skills
(8)Willing to concentrate on the technology field and be the specialist
