职位描述: Job Purpose:
-Fulfil and be responsible for HR operation and recruitment
-Screen CVs and conduct interview
-Track and report hiring statistics
-Other assignment if any
She/He is responsible for all sales administration related from order process/amendment to order balance report to customer services etc...She/He is responsible for smooth running of the department, improving the process and changes according to requirements by the management as well as customer request.
Mainly task:
-Daily check on documentation to ensure order info coordinators input is correct, especially Sales Confirmation and Commercial Invoice
-Monitoring orders received from customer and ensure orders can be confirmed to customer
-Ensuring the coordinators carry out their work according to requirements and standard set by the management
-Ensuring new customer requirements are being recorded and disseminated the required information to the respective department concerned
-Attending the Production Meeting and relate any issue on the customer's order to the respective coordinator
-Working closely with PMC to ensure customer required ship date can be met as this is one of the criteria of our services that will be judged by customer
-Delivery ON TIME
-Working closely with PD (PE & DCC) and PMC to shorten order lead time for key account
-Tracking on timely release of B/L as well as payment from customers
-Customer Services
-On quality issue /claim / spare parts request by customer to ensure request is met
-Keep control on stock of finished goods and weekly review on slow-moving finished goods stock
-Monitor on implementation of PMM system concerning order processing and execute improvement if needed
Requirements:
1.University graduated with at least 1 year of working experiences in international trade;
2.Be familiar with the procedures of orders following up;
3.An organized person with team spirit, able to handle multi-tasks, to manage a big team there are about 20 persons.
4.English in speaking and writing is a must with at least grade 4.
