Account payable accountant
Ensure timely payment to inter company and third party suppliers
In charge of accounts payable monthly closing
Handle monthly inter-company reconciliation

Major Responsibilities:
Provide tailored financial information as FA and receiving accruals as owner required.
Check and book all accounting transactions concerning Delphi suppliers. Ensure the supporting documents can meet internal & external requirements
Maintain & update suppliers' master file.
Reconcile the payable balances with suppliers, and provide the related analysis as required
Communicate with allied companies to reconcile the inter-company transaction balance

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or relevant
Fluent in English & Mandarin, both in oral and written
Strong computer skill, especially on Microsoft Office. Experience on QAD is preferred
Willing to work under pressure and full responsibility
Strong communication and good time management skills are expected
