Job Description
Aubridge is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to work on clie
nt teams advising management on developing and executing an effective China st
rategy. Associates actively contribute to all phases of client engagements inc
luding strategic, financial and operational analysis; development and evaluati
on of recommendations; and implementation of solutions. In so doing, Associate
s can expect to be exposed to all levels of client personnel.

Job responsibilities
 Analyze market trends, risks, and opportunities in China as it relate
s to our clients’ business and/or products
 Analyze competitors, partners, acquisition targets in China
 Provide research, analytical, and project management support to clien
t team leaders
 Interface with client executives to understand their requirements and
communicate those requirements to clients’ strategic and/or operational part
ners in China
 Perform financial analyses and prepare marketing materials
 Assist in newsletter related work such as news screening, editing, pr
oofreading etc. 
 Talk to our staff to improve their English communication skills

Job requirements
 Native to an English-speaking country
 Strong communication skill is a must
 Business or engineering background is preferred
 Good Chinese skills is preferred
 Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
