Schouten China has the ardent mission to help organizations and individual people on their road to survival, success and a happy and productive work life. At the start our focus will be on Beijing, spreading afterwards allover China. It will commence its business from June 1st, 2007.

Schouten China is an initiative of Schouten & Nelissen - leading training and consulting company in personal and organizational development in Europe - on the invitation of our Chinese partners. Intensive research has been completed on the needs for the development of Chinese working people, management, HRM and graduates wanting to empower themselves to enhance their chances to get a job.
