Responsibilities
Manage a moderate scope of consulting engagements. Works with management to resolve sensitive issues. Performs routine consulting engagements effectively and sometimes escalates complex situations that are beyond his/her scope for resolution.
Makes good, timely decisions in situations that are fairly well-defined and moderate in scope. Determines most effective method of problem resolution by utilizing internal resources when necessary.
Understands common customer requirements and develops a plan to achieve Microsoft and customer objectives. Often participates in individual/team projects to enhance customer consulting.
Occasionally assists in recruiting new employees. May be involved in orienting new hires into the organization.
Often demonstrates concise and effective communication with customers and employees. Consistently shares best practices with team members. Establishes relationships with Microsoft product development teams, customer technical staff, Field Sales and PSS.
Manage own expenses. Be aware of own contribution to revenue and costs. Understand basic business metrics of MCS.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have basic level knowledge in one of the following areas: application development, databases or infrastructure technologies. Candidate will exhibit sound knowledge of fundamentals of Computer Science. Candidate should also have good communication skills. Local language is desirable.
The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience in systems development, network operations, software support or consulting.
