职位描述：
Job Description:
-Key actor of the full procurement flow including purchasing, expediting, logistics control (international logistic experience would be preferred) etc.;
-Will be responsible for procurement, documentation, delivery time and costs control, and work in cooperation with corporate production team;
-Will also assist the production team in the assessment of the costs and develop reliable partnership with a selected network of suppliers;
-Reporting to Deputy Area Manger - Engineering in local, and Corporate Procurement Manager overseas.
Requirements:
-Mechanical engineering or chemical engineering degree, with business background; or major in business, with mechanical engineering or chemical engineering knowledge;
-Sound experience in procurement;
-Ability to interface multifunctional and multinational group;
-Fluent reading and writing in English, be able to communicate in oral English;
-Engineering project experience preferred.
