职位描述：
Required Skills:
1.Native Chinese with Fluent English (Written and Spoken)
2.Engineering degree or equivalent work experience (sheet metal fabrication, plastic fabrication, plastic vacuum forming, plastic injection moulding, etc.)
3.Excellent communication skills
4.Good PC skills, proficient in MS Office and AutoCad (SolidWorks and Pro-Engineer or similar 3D CAD package an advantage)
5.Excellent Team Work Skills
Required Results:
1.Work as part of a newly opened Engineering Team, reporting to a Shanghai based English Design Engineer
2.Communicate direct with the UK and USA offices to support on all matters relating to design and engineering for Chinese manufacture
3.Work on the technical development of existing and new products for international clients
4.Produce engineering drawings, assembly drawings, parts list and packaging drawings from client design specifications
5.Work closely with Chinese suppliers to ensure that design specifications are suitable for the manufacturing facilities
6.Take responsibility for maintaining and issuing the up to date drawings to the manufacturing facility
7.Work closely with the Quality Department during the checking of production first offs
