职位描述：
Main Duties:
Communicate with application engineer/sales/customer to analyze customer requirement, design and prepare samples to meet customer requirements both in technical specification and lead time.
Develop new product and carry out testing and failure analysis of samples to ensure the quality of samples.
Work with production, process engineer and QA department to ensure the smooth running of New Product Introduction Process and provide technical support.
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge in one of the following fields:physics/optics/Optoelectronics/electronics/Xenon lamp.
Master Degree or above in one of following fields:plasma physics/physics/optoelectronic/optics/electronics.
Good hands on capability and working experience in lab testing and setup.
The knowledge in gas filled lamp design & manufacturing and laser pumping light source is a plus.
