纽威制造厂（简称NRH），由美国Newell Rubbermaid集团、香港捷和集团共同组建。
NRH在良好的经营管理指导下，于2002年7月正式运营生产，主要生产各种百叶窗、刀具、夹具等，产品全部销往欧、美国家。NRH在不断的开拓进取中正在蒸蒸日上，目前全厂员工1000多人，其中中高级管理人才80多人，包括外籍高级管理人员，全厂营造出一个良好的相互学习交流的环境。
公司现有五栋厂房，四栋宿舍（其中三栋已投入使用）。公司注重以“人”为本的经营理念，重视员工的业余生活，特设有篮球场、羽毛球场及娱乐活动室（内设桌球、乒乓球及卡拉OK）等场所，另外还设有洗衣房等，设备齐全。

NRH Ltd is a Joint Venture which was invested by US Newell Rubbermaid Group and Hong Kong well-known enterprise Chiaphua Group.
Under the excellent guidance, NRH came into operation in July, 2002, the main products varied from curtains, knives to clamps, which are exported to in Europe and USA. NRH develops rapidly, now there are more than 1000 employees, 80 senior staffs and foreign senior managers, which provides employees a good environment for self-improvement.
NRH possesses five factory buildings and four dormitories. NRH respects and concerns about employees. There are Basketball Court, Badminton Court and Recreation Room. What's more, we have laundry room provided for staffs.
