Responsibilities:
Influence the business to ensure compliance with governance & control framework - including prompting control and governance awareness, coordinating annual business assurance process and monitoring follow up actions, updating Manual of Authority per group guideline, following up on internal & external audit items, sharing of actual or potential business control incidents; Ensure on-going enhancement and implementation of control systems and procedures; Coordinate the annual business planning process including detailed budget allocation; Lead the latest estimate reporting exercise including monitoring of operating and capital expenditures to provide early warning of exception to ensure business spending is in line with approved budget; Responsible for timely management information and high quality analysis to local and global management team.
Requirements:
Governance, Risk Management & Internal Control Systems; Management Information and Business Decision Support; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Business planning and strategy.
