We are a Wall-Street background consulting company mainly doing investment bus
iness in China. Our business is mainly comprised of two parts: stock market or
securities investment and venture capital projects.

We are looking for excellent employees to work with us in Venture Capital proj
ects sector. Our projects cover different fields. Since we are an American com

1 .Full time Position:
Requirements:
Fluent English;
At least 2 to 3 years working experience;
Possess a graduate degree or undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or F
inance;
Excellent communication skills, meticulous, responsible, team player;
Have a strong familiarity with business issues and trends in China.
Strategic planning skills, drive for results, good negotiation and persuasion
skills;

Job Description:
The candidate is required to finish projects with a team before deadline;
Projects analysis (marketing analysis, financial analysis etc);
Looking for potential projects;
Provide investment consulting to our clients;

2. Part-time or Intern:
Requirements:
Fluent English;
Business, Economics, or Finance major is required;
Excellent communication skills, meticulous, responsible, team player;
Have a strong familiarity with business issues and trends in China.
Good computer skills;
Strong interpersonal skill

Job Description:
The candidate will be a team player working with a group on different projects

Assist our CEO or project manager to do research, analysis or translation;
Assist our CEO or project manager to write business plan;
