1 Attending Telephone calls - Reception
2 Dispatch - Incoming and outgoing 3 Pantry supplies purchase and maintenance 4 Work Environment Related Maintenance (check AC, Light, equipment, electric and water ) 5 Business card printing 6 Maintenance of office facilities 7 Meeting and conference room bookings 8 Monthly extension list updating 9 Transport Arrangement--Booking 10 Regular check on Fire Extinguisher/ Alarm 11 Issue Temporary and Permanent ID cards to employees 12 Weekly and Monthly Reports assistance 13 Chinese language facilitation to Expats 14 Notice Board Display 15 Airport Pickup & Drop Preference: 1 Self-motivation under various task and quick learner 2 Good communication and interpersonal skills. 3 Working under pressure 4 Good oral and written english 5 Good team player 联系方式：
