Goals/Mission Assistant the CEO office daily administration work. Tasks 1. General office administration support, scheduling, typing, faxing, copying, filing, expense reports, preparing statistics and distributing mail . 2. Monitor/maintain/update business calendar and schedules, including vacation, attendance corporate calendar of events . 3. Arrange domestic & international travel including making hotel and transportation accommodations and scheduling and arranging tours. 4. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other operation documents to field service groups . 5. Professionally handle telephone calls, tactfully handling inquiries, and/or refer to appropriate party. 6. Assistant in facilitating the communication with country, division, and location Maintain confidentiality relative to company information. 7. Assist staff as necessary with others assignment. Knowledge/Languages Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. and general business computer skills Excellent writting, oral and interpersonal communications skills essential Excellent command of the English language, written and oral skills .An ability to maintain confidentiality and follow directions Phenomenal organizational abilities
