职位描述：
Essential Character Set: •Good analytical and problem solving skills; •Quick learning and hard working; •Good communication skill.
Essential Skills Set: •University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Relate -1-3 year of experience within design, quality, metallurgical; •Fluent English both in oral and written; •Working experience in a similar position in metallurgical industry (forging, casting, mechanical, …) is considered a must; •Working experience in the QC and Final inspection department; •Ability to handle the relationship with the technical departments of the factories and communicate clearly with the both the factories and the internal personnel involved; •Enjoy visiting factories in the different regions of China; •Strong working experience in marketing and technical industry/product is a must.
Desirable Requirements: •Conduct all the market surveys to help penetrate the new Business/trade; •Identify the new business by new products through deep contact current market; •Provide technical support to Design Offices; •Define the product range; •Willing to work under pressure and can often travel (China, Europe); •Understand local and international standards to create quality test plans for local designs; •Coordinate local and global test labs to facilitate the best testing approach; •Work with Operations and engineering to resolve design based quality issues; •Lead these type of activities; •Develop test Plans to qualify new products according to ISO9000 requirements; •Support operations with incoming material inspection.
Job Responsibilities: •Work with QA team to select the best test teams for outsourced test projects; •Establish procedures, guidelines and control system to maintain operational qualities; •Define and implement test strategies and plans for the outsourced test team; •Define and supervise testing processes and performance; •Prepare analysis reports and rolling forecast for management review; •Develop documentation required to ensure supplier quality requirements are properly defined, understood & accomplished (quality procedures, inspection record forms, etc.); •Prepare & communicate overall status reports, as necessary; •Review & maintain all supplier inspection & audit records; •Coordinate contracted inspection & laboratory analyses; •Ensure completion of project quality tasks within cost, time & functionality constraints; •Ensure suppliers always meet their obligations to provide quality on-time parts & products; •Under the leadership of purchasing department develop local sourcing within china; •Visit and evaluate supplier’s technical and manufacturing capabilities; •Coordinate with the quality department on quality issues involving suppliers and customers; •Must represent the company and department with excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external constituents both in English and Chinese; •Maintain and enhance strong partnerships with existing suppliers via excellent communication and approach to issues.
