Title: Stanford startup headquartered near TsingHua, using Ruby on Rails and VOIP seeks Web Developers

Idapted, founded at Stanford Univ., is creating a revolutionary language learning system that connects people around the world. We are developing technology that pushes the limits of RoR and VoiP.

We are looking for passionate developers to join our diverse world class team. Our company has people from six nationalities that you will be collaborating with on a daily basis. Our technical team has published the leading articles in Programmer Magazine on RoR and are presenting at the International Ruby on Rails Conference.

MengYan, Chief Technical Editor of CSDN, called us the leading Ruby on Rails team in China.

We are looking for both interns and full time positions. Flexible hours possible for interns.

Please note that English is the working language of the company. Strong English skills are required.

Requirements:
- English Language Skills
- Expert at least one Web Development Technology (ASP, JSP, PHP, etc)
- Thorough knowledge of database technologies/SQL
- Ability to think creatively and be involved in all aspects of product creation
- Desire and ability to learn quickly and independently.
